    I don't like it and I don't blame it on the photo, too much chatter on the fields and wear on the portrait as newsman suggested already.Unappealing to me.

    I was wondering if it is a pointed 7 or blunt 7. I couldn't tell from the image and there wasn't time to ask for a closeup. If it is a pointed 7 I will be very, very happy.

    I paid VF money for the coin.

    The coin looks like better than VF IMO. Hope it is a pointed 7.

    Link doesn't work. I have a Charlton, I just can't tell from that image. It probably is the blunt, but still a good buy IMO.

    better than VF... Easily. Looks like the blunt 7 but the image makes the diagnostic task a challenge...

    Very hard to tell from photos. The lettering looks pretty good and since even the circulation dollars come with a near proof like strike aslo, it's hard to judge if the coin is BU or not. I lean toward it being an MS63 Ponted Seven.image

    Received the coin today and it is nicer than the image. Unfortunately it is a blunt 7 so I still need the pointed 7. I would grade the coin AU55.
