Yes the British Royal Mint do baby sets every year, they are not as nice as this though. I really like the teddy bear detail

Now we have Loonies with the 2002 Centre Ice Loon mark above the loon, the 2004 Olympic rings above the loon and the 2006 teddy bear and moon above the loon. Dollar variety collectors will need to increase their annual coin budgets.
