It's copper, about the diameter of a US Nickel and looks like it's been cleaned.

It's a double-struck token issued to commemorate the 780th taping of the popular TV series "The OC." It's worth 5 cents according to the 2007 edition of Krause.

It was actually issued by the province of Holland for the United East India Company (VOC) for use in the area now known as Indonesia. Nice double struck piece! That would make it worth more than the usual coupla bucks it might garner.
