can't seem to get jruler opened on my computer after it's been downloaded...
would someone be so kind to measure the centering for me on the following ebay card?

To me it looks 52/48 T/B & 69/31 L/R

I don't think it would end up in an unqualified 8 holder if that's what you're wondering.
