Nice Bank of Upper Canada token there Gene. What is the grade? Is there some doubling in the lettering I see in the PER?

Not doubling, I think it's a trick of the lighting from my scanner and the toning. Grade is PCGS MS62BN.
The 1844 is PCGS MS64BN.
The top pic is a rare (possibly unique) Thomas Church counterstamped piece I found at last year's NYINC.
