Autographed PSA graded

This card is graded and autographed but isn't PSA/DNA?????? So how did this card get graded? It was my understanding that if an autographed card that was issued by a manufacturer before 1999 or was not issued by a card company had to be verified by PSA/DNA. So what is the deal here?

Seller has a few others as well.

Email them to Joe, and ask what happened.
    Who is Rober Maris?
  • Maybe he signed the slab?

Actually they are PSA/DNA, they just don't show it on the slab. If you do a cert search here is what comes up. (The seller has a few of these by the way)

    50064724
    Year: 1963
    Brand: TOPPS
    Player: TONY KUBEK
    Variety: PSA/DNA CERTIFIED D84475
    Grade: 3

    50064725
    Year: 1977
    Brand: TOPPS
    Player: BROOKS ROBINSON
    Variety: PSA/DNA CERTIFIED D84474
    Grade: 4

But what's odd, is if you pull up the Drysdale...

    50064726
    Year: 1962
    Brand: TOPPS
    Player: DON DRYSDALE
    Variety: N/A
    Grade: 6MC

..all graded at the same time, all autographed, 2 of the 3 are PSA/DNA but don't have it on the label and the third makes no mention of it in the cert search... odd.

  • it the card is already psa/dna certified, you can send it to PSA to be just graded (under the normal process) and the only reference to PSA/DNA would be the sticker on the back of the card
