Another day of checking three times, another day of nothing.image

I'm starting to think I should've sprung for the higher service level, at least I would know when they were coming. If only there was some rhyme or reason to the way they do it.

Oh well, tomorrow's another day.

Shawn.

Even if it is a 45-day turnaround, that is business days, minus holidays - so it could be a few more weeks. My personal suggestion is forget about the submission, don't check it online anymore, and do not check the grades before you receive the package. That way you can get the package and feel like a kid again as you open up the Registered Mail Box looking excitedly to see what each of your grades are.

Heck - I even hide my submission forms after I submit so that I can't remember everything I submitted, so I am bound for pleasant surprises when I open the package two months later....

I am actively buying MIKE SCHMIDT gem mint baseball cards. Also looking for any 19th century cabinets of Philadephia Nationals. Please PM with additional details.

I agree 100% with mikeschmidt. They are at PSA and one day (hopefully soon) you will get a nice surprise in the mail! Good luck.

    Hi tough guy,

Actually they will email you when the order has been graded. You will receive a second email after your order has been shipped.

Funny, I know since you have had so many cards graded you MUST know the correct answer. <<insert big BUTT here>>
Usually I get 2 emails the same second, grades posted/order has been shipped. Now back to your bottle....

Mine usually come three days apart. They must like me better.
  • You mean that PSA doesn't offer you something like what SGC has?

    Total Cards 10
    Received 12/29/2005
    Est. Ship Date 1/30/2006

    * Please check back on or after the estimated ship date to view grades for this invoice.
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual date of shipment
or actual date of grades appearing may differ from the estimate
due to weather, research, carrier, shows or holidays.

Their dates are always right on the money or a few days early.

SGC cards should come back a lot quicker.

Since PSA takes centering into account, and SGC seemingly doesn't, that's one less step for each card to go through ...

Yeah, given the choice of waiting a few extra days or getting better emails from SGC......I'll wait.

In reading, the part that bugs me is i have seen 8 people report the same day received(Dec 8th) at PSA on different threads and have all received their cards back. Some were large orders and some were small.
But here i am today still waiting. If they paid the premium to get the quick turnaround time for the stuff i saw that was sent in, that would be totally insane. One of my two orders is ONLY 3 CARDS!!image
