Hard to tell from scans, but I'd guess Turkish.
Date looks like AH 1223 (1905 CE).
What's the weight and diameter of the piece?
BTW - the first picture is 180 degrees upside down.

Yes it's turkish. The first picture lists the mint as Constantinople. The date looks to me like 1222 with a regal year of 78 and I get 1883 CE from that.

That looks like a common fantasy piece resembling Turkish gold pieces, very thin, and often used as a bangle or jewelry. I've got one myself.

I have one on the Holey Gold Hat. Probably a fantasy, but I don't care. It looks nice there.
