Well got a first today plus my oldest non-U.S. coin.Hit the lot where I got the token thing last week.
Hit this small area where they hadn't put any fill dirt in.
First signal I got was a real thick coin,just bigger then a nickel.Not sure of the amount,but here is what it say's on it:
Republica De Chile 1835
Medio Centavo Economia Ri?ueza
Then I finally got my first shield nickel
Not sure of the date,but it is between 1867-1883 as it has no ray's.

It's cool to find Shield nickels, too, regardless of how they look. I've only dug one so far- an 1873.
