Them sneeky little boogers. They went and printed an image on mine in the latest CTCC Journel without telling me. I sent them an image to use for the website and it wound up in the journel. I wish I knew ahead of time and I would have sent a higher resolution image for print.

Well, the least they could do is to mention your name even in the next issue, by recognizing their mistake. This will be equally satisfying with royalties. Or almost.

I do not have all of them but I did get one of each for the 2005 series.
