The listed values have been understated for a long time for quality specimens.
Camelot
Please note that I said, I am starting at "ask." NO reference was made as to high how above "ask" I would pay for real gems.
But 10-15% over "ask" would not be unreasonable for strict, unrubbed, eye-appealing, well struck gems. One tiny little rub drops the value $1000-$2000.
I have no doubt that there are many sellers of true gem busties in the bid range, and likewise dealers selling somewhere in the vicinity of "ask." Many who have these coins fall into their laps have NO CLUE as to the real value of the coins. My local dealer is sharp enough, but not good enough to tell a $5000 MS65 bust half from a $7500 one. He could have one show up this week in his shop and he would price it based on no more than "ask." Certainly the "informed" sellers here would be looking for top dollar. But what is that? Bust halves have probably one of the largest ranges of value for a single slabbed grade.
