Why my auctions were pulled off eBay,please read...

Hello everyone,
In regards to those who have sent me PM’s and e-mails wondering why my auctions were pulled and why I was suspended from eBay: It was due to a non-payment strike by a seller. It was for an auction I won about 2 weeks ago on Sept. 27th and even though I requested the total for this item($81.99+shipping) twice, the seller never responded to any of e-mails and of course never sent the total.Without the total I can’t send payment for the item! This seller filed a strike without requesting payment or notifying me of an impending strike either! I have e-mailed both eBay and the seller requesting that the strike be removed and my account restored. When I e-mailed the seller requesting the strike to be removed I asked for the total again,but he hasn’t e-mailed me back. I hope that my account will soon be restored without further problems. This is my one and only strike and I have never had any other problems buying or selling so I’m rather confused as to why I was suspended being that I thought it was 3 strikes then you’re out. As soon as my account is reinstated I will be re-listing all my auctions so if you’d like to be notified please post below or PM me and I will contact you when I re-list the items.

eBay does not NARU a user for a single NPB strike. Something else is going on.

I think its more than that but you can request contack info. from e-bay
go to site map. on the right about half way down. there find contact information, click it and enter
sellers ID and auction #
e-bay then will e-mail you his phone number and call him.
fastest way to resolve.

I had deleted this out of my e-mail becasue I thought it was spam! I am 15,but this account is in my dad's name so I don't think that there would be an age problem. I didn't put any false information down either!

about 6 or 7 month ago there was a post on the e-bay board for these very same thing. the problem is e-bay can not hold you to a contrack. i am sorry but i dont remember the final out come. i would get your dad involed and respone to there e-mail. there is no way you can call them because they dont give e-bays phone number for contact. all has to be done through e-mail. another thing you can try is live Help

How is there no false information if you say it is your account but in your dad's name?

If you run a clean operation I am not trying to slam you. But look at what you say and connect the dots. There is no way you can honestly stand by and say nothing was false.

Perhaps they need to be your dad's auction, and your are his assistant.

p.s. Your account doesn't show NARU..... is supended short of NARU?

Well,I list all the auctions and everything but it's in my dad's name,his checking account,credit card and personal info.I can't have an account in my name because I'm under 18 so he has let me use his account...That's not putting down false info,since it's just the same as if he was the one listing everything...I have his full approval for all my eBay purchases and sales...

The problem is your using false, or un-verifiable contact information and your 15 years old. You might need to finagle something in order to fix the problem. One strike wouldnt knock you off.

Usually you get two strikes, then youre out!

HTubbs you are on my favorite seller list, what a shame I hope you get to fix it.

But with the non-payment and the false info that is two strikes and your as good as gone.

Make sure all your info is updated I got a warning from paypal when my credit card expired and I forgot to put in a new expiration date.

For NPB it requires three. For false contact info all it takes is one.

It's not the non-payment.....in fact doesn't eBay ask(tell) the seller to contact(email) the buyer that payment hasn't been recieved & there is a time limit (2-weeks or a month) before you can file a NPB claim?

Get your dad involved & things will clear up..........I hope.

I agree and get your Dad involved. He has the right to have an ebay account...

Last I checked, eBay allows minors to use accounts under parental supervision... I've had my account for just under 7 years... I'm 18
