Does anyone nknow who "cflores" is?

He sells on E-bay under another name. I bought a coin from him with the assurance from him that I could return it if after submission to PCGS I was not satisfied. I found out from PCGS that they would not slab it as what ANAC said it was. So I have tried to e-mail him and have not yet got a response. If anyone knows him or of a way to get his e-bay name please let me know.
