Why don't you go west, punk? CHICKEN?
MAKE NOTE
JS
<< <i>we won't be going west to play Hawaii....pansies....Noles new #1
MAKE NOTE
JS >>
Yeah new #1.....riiiiiiiiiiiiight.
Next!
NOLES!!!!!!!!
<< <i>USC drops to #5 after Noles and Hornfrogs leap them! PLAY A REAL TEAM
NOLES!!!!!!!! >>
How strong are the drugs you take to make yourself so delusional? USC will remain #1 for as long as they win...no matter how much your hate and jealousy makes you want otherwise!
BAM
<< <i>TCU would KILL USC if they came east....but they won't, they want to play Idaho and Hawaii.....we know who the real teams are!!
BAM >>
You sure sound like a broken record...tell me, why don't the 'real' teams like the Noles want to go play in USC's house? Who's afraid of whom?
JS
<< <i>heck we played Miami, Florida and Notre Dame as our non-conf games for years...what is USC doing? NOTHING SAD
JS >>
And miami has kicked your teeth in 6 years in a row before this game. So you are 1-6 against them the past 7 years. IMPRESSIVE!
<< <i>Good luck against the Citadel on Saturday. Why schedule a Division 1-AA team? >>
And then we play BC in Boston where they are always very tough. Who Do the gators play in wk 2 and 3? Right...
So I ask again, with all the criticism of USC's schedule, why would FSU play a Div 1-AA team????
ACC is on the rise. I'd hardly consider La Tech And Wyoming offsetting a 3 wk opening with Miami, Citadel, BC in boston. And don't you play UT at home?
<< <i>We play La Tech Saturday, which is a Division 1-A team. Then we play Tennessee, which a couple of people have said are pretty good.
So I ask again, with all the criticism of USC's schedule, why would FSU play a Div 1-AA team???? >>
It's hillarious these clowns rip on USC's schedules, but then the Noles play a 1-AA team?
Talk about CUPCAKES! Who's afraid of playing the real competition?
THEM NOLES!
Your non conference schedule sucks as much as everyone not named UT or OSU. Stop acting like idiots.
<< <i>theres a cupcake on EVERY good NCAA teams schedule. Atleast 1...other then that FSU is in the best conference in football!

It's one thing to schedule a cupcake, but a 1-AA cupcake?
Wyoming is widely considered a top-30 team, La Tech is a gimme, and UT is a top-5. I'd say that's more than comparable to Miamuh, Div 1-AA, and then BC.
We do play UT at home, but where did you play Miamuh?
Do you do anything besides talk smack? You were lucky to win, because your offense did absolutely nothing, unless of course you consider 170 yards of offense a dismantling. Weatherford was 7-24 for 67 yards. Sounds like a Heisman finalist to me.
and UT will mop the floor with the gates.
As for UM being a conference game...since last year...we still played them every year before that?
and we end with Florida....We schedule one easy team and you say we schedule cupcakes? USC ONLY PLAYS CUPCAKES....
God I can't wait...I hope they go to the rose with FSU...because then we will expose them for the sham that they are!
<< <i>FSU and miami are not that good. v tech nc state and g tech might hammer FSU and maimi this year. that was the worst display of a QB i ever saw last night. PATHETIC! >>
I agree. However, you could see the Miamuh QB getting better, but he needs to work on holding onto the football too long. The F$U QB actually looked like he got worse.
If Miamuh plays just average on special teams, we are talking about F$U losing seven straight, instead of an ugly Semenhole win.

You have two non conference games this year: The Citadel, and Syracuse. Both teams are considered "cupcakes." Syracuse is a decent team in name recognition only, it'll take Robinson a few years to get that program back to respectability. Don't blame USC because they play in a weak conference. When the BCS was created, UCLA, Oregon, Washington State, and Washington were all top 25 teams. If you knew anything about college football, you'd know that they dismantled a TOUGH Oklahoma team (who was far better than they are this year) in the Orange Bowl.
and by the way, USC schedules Notre Dame every year as a non conference game. ND is one of the most legendary programs in college football. throw in Arkansas and Hawaii, and tell me honestly. which schedule is more of a cupcake?
FSU- The Citadel and Syracuse, or
USC- Hawaii, Arkansas, and Notre Dame.
if you say USC has a weaker non con sched you are a dumbass. Which is already apparent by your idiotic posts.
Breaking in new QB's! aand all of a sudden FSU won't score crap all season ? And Wright gets a couple lucky throws to the tight end and they will do good? WTF? You people don't want to give FSU any credit. That's fine, we'll see where everyones at in a few weeks. Believe that///

hahah Oh yes USC dismantled a TOUGH OU team...so tough that there best player (peterson) got snuffed by the TCU Defense! bwahahhahaha....
lmao ND has been a total waste of life form for awhile now. You think because they beat pitt in week 1 they all of a sudden are all that? Let's see how they do in the next coming weeks. Arkansas? uhm ok....Hawaii? when was the last time they were good? How's never sound. It's not their fault they play in a weak conference? Oh sure....but when you play in title games against teams in a weak conference...Cmon OU? They only play Texas each season that is it. We won't crack top 5 this year? hah if you say so. People love hating on FSU...And I love it because the jealousy is creeping in. They can't stand the fact we are on the rise again and back to our dominant self. Defense wins what? that's right...CHAMPIONSHIPS....FSU=Top 5 Defense in the country. The offense will come around.
Give me a break...
And much like OU (who will probably lose 4 games this season), FSU will be plagued by a crappy quarterback. I don't care how good your defense is, completing 25% of your passes won't get you wins. But don't believe me, wait till you get stomped by VA Tech, NC State, and Florida. Maybe then you'll shut up
Answer the question....Who has a bigger cupcake non con schedule? USC or FSU?
BTW here's those facts again in case you missed them:
1.) 20-13. If you didn't like who started at QB, take it up with your coaches, it was their decision.
2.) FSU won 38-34 in 2004 with some major zebra love. There were five fumbles in that game, all of which were ruled incorrectly in FSU's favor, which led directly to 21 points for FSU.
3.) In 2000, which was Mark Richt's last year as Offensive Coordinator, FSU averaged 39 pts/gm. Since Jeff Bowden assumed OC, that average has steadily declined, reaching a low last year of 25 pts/gm. That's the lowest total in over 20 years at Florida State.
4.) Since 2000, FSU has lost 17 games, with 15 of those losses coming in the years 2001-2005.
5.) Since the departure of Mark Richt following the 2000 season, the coaching staff at FSU has remained almost completely unchanged. This is holding true as they head into the 2005 season as well.
6.) FSU has lost 6 straight to Miami. Woops! 6 out of 7.
7.) Prior to 1947, FSU was an all-girls school.
8.) FSU offers courses in how to study to be both a chiropractor and a circus clown.
<< <i>Skippy doesn't let a few facts get in the way, he just ignores them. I posted some facts about FSU, and he just ignored them.

USC has cupcake written all over them. Cal was only good just recently.
wow 20-13...first time you beat us in what? 3 years? I think you shouldn't talk.
wha wha wha! Want a bib? cause you're crying doesn't help you....hey when all else fails and you're team blows a 4th and 14....and then a 50 yard bomb from one of our worse QB's in school history...what do you do? Blame the refs of course...Rix Owns the gates...Sad Sad Sad...
ok? You gave me a stat how bad our offense has been...but those offenses are not this years offense...are they ? Jeff Bowden you say? We have a new OC...so it won't just be him...watch we'll come around.
It's funny you are basing our offense as terrible because a Freshman QB started and played against one of the top Defenses in the country...If that was leak in his first year playing UM, they would have lost. Don't deny it...
we lost 6 to miami....ok? No one remembers the past unless you do something great...they won the title once against a nebraska team that was so overrated their QB couldn't even go to the NFL...LOL
7.) Prior to 1947, FSU was an all-girls school.
what does this have to do with football? so they decide to make a school coed and all of a sudden this is important in some way?
8.) FSU offers courses in how to study to be both a chiropractor and a circus clown.
wow was that supposed to be a joke? what do you gators do hire PI's to go into our campus and find flaws? LOL
Gators Lost to Miss. State.....
Nuff said
Now, the "great" ACC. As far as i can remember, Wake Forest, Duke, and North Carolina haven't been ranked or even decent in that time span. That's six out of nine teams that have been ranked (I'm not counting VT and Miami, since they joined last year). Again, for you FSU grads, that's 67%
So.....in the past 5 years.....
90% of PAC 10 teams have been ranked in the top 25
67% of ACC teams have been ranked in the top 25
If you want to look at 2004 (which is a poor representation of the ACC, since Miami and VT joined), here are the conference winning percentages:
ACC- 57%
PAC 10- 54%
....quite close
looking back to 2003, which gives a better representation of the former ACC:
ACC- 54%
Pac 10- 54%
....even.
But still, the conference winning percentages are strikingly close. So don't go saying that the ACC is the best conference in the country....because history disagrees with you. Especially before last year.
FSU 1-0...
Beat a top 10 team in the country first week of the season with a freshman QB.
USC 1-0
Beat A not even top 100 college football team with a 5th year senior at QB.
HOLD THAT
<< <i>The Irish are gonna beat SC anyway .... >>
Thanks for the hearty laugh...I had a long day at work and needed a good laugh.
Thanks!

sad part is they are the toughest opponent USC plays! LOL!

It's funny how you say, "As far I can remember"--then use those faulty rememberances to start posting percentages like they are facts.
The true fact is that since 2001--EVERY ACC football team has been ranked at some point except Duke.
UNC was last ranked in 2001
Wake Forest was ranked as recently as 2003.
Please update your percentages in your prior post to reflect 8 out of 9 teams which equals 89%
