Strange Request For Coin Use

Many of you guys recall my Michael IV Byzantine coin I posted a month or so ago. If not here is the pic again. Any way I had shown it to a couple of friends over the past year and last evening I received a message on my answering machine from the Local Catholic Diocese wanting to set up a time to see it. I called them back and sure enough it checked out. I guess they want to make a few copies and use them as amulets or something. I'm supposed to call the Bishop on Monday and set up a time and place for him to see it. He said payment would be no problem...

Is this unusual? BTW, I'm Methodist, and nothing new from the crook

UPDATE: I just spoke on the phone with the Secretary at the "Our Lady of Prepetual Help" Cathedral in town. They want to buy it and offered me $150.00 CASH for it. I'm thinking about changing the locks on the house now. Not real happy about them calling me at the house/office, as I never gave them my number. Hmmmmmmm...
