Solution for choosing a grading company

When in doubt use both!

A PSA graded Garvey rookie signed on the oustide of the slab then GAI authenticated. Everybody wins!

I think using SGC as well would be a little too much image

Actually, it sort of makes sense (I didn't really pay attention to the autograph on the outside part).

Will multislabbed cards be the subject of your next SMR article?

GAI should also start grading the slabs.

You got ripped off, that GAI slab is so small compared to the RM. At least one gets his monies worth on the RM slab...

I don't really want to say anything, but it looks to me like that PSA slab has been trimmed.

I think this proves that GAI gives half point bumps to favored submitters. Would that have graded authentic if a regular guy had submitted it?

  • I had no idea they were doing such. These boards are great and a wealth of information.

    Thanks for the thread.

Now you gotta get Garv to sign the GAI slab -

Hmm. So Garvey finally learned to double bag it.

Then, once you get Garvey to sign the outside of the Gai case, send it back to PSA/DNA .image
  • I believe I was the first, back about a year ago, to suggest that some company come along and start grading already graded slabs and encase them in a slightly larger holder. After this, can that be far behind?

This is taking the concept of crossovers to new levels.

But this would never work in reverse. PSA would claim the GAI slab was trimmed or didn't meet min. grade.

I heard a rumor that if you email GAI either a .jpg or .tif file of a card, they will slab the email and return it to you via registered email.
