Topps/Bowman return policy???

I got this card in a pack 2005 Bowman and it is damaged, has lots of chipping and some scratches. Will they replace this card?

    Topps is real good with returns.Send them an email before you send it bacvk.When they reply,print a copy and put it with the damaged card.I sent back an auto last year and had a new one in 3 weeks.Good luck!!

    I have never even tried to send one back or knew that you could.
