Who owns the 1962Topps PSA10 Mantle?!

Looking at the pop report for 1962 Topps baseball, I noticed there are only 51 PSA 10 cards out of 60,414 total graded cards. One of the PSA 10s is #200 Mantle! I looked through a few of the PSA Registery sets and found a PSA 10 Mays (#300) I had also noticed (see http://www.psacard.com/set%5Fregistry/display_cards.chtml?rsetid=18664&alltime=yes&rank=4&tied=0&requesttimeout=9999">Ruby's set), but couldn't find the Mantle.

I can't imagine what kind of value that card would have knowing how tough these cards are to get in high grade.

Just wondering if one of you Board members might know...

Thanks!

Ain't me - wish it was - that's one of my favorite cards from one of my favorite sets. I'd love to see a scan of it, if anyone has one.

I am the proud owner. If I knew how much it might be worth I would not have used it as a shim hanging some doors in my house last week.

OK, I need some references for softparade. It appears that we can only believe, at most, only half of what he says.

ARE YOU THE OWNER?!! I'm in awe!

Give the card a "wash and a wax" trim it up a little bit, resubmit to Pro and they'll give it another 10.

Darn, whoever does own The Card I am more than a little jealous of. I should have put that in the "One card you'd want to own" thread.

btw, this board could be renamed the PSA Set Registry Comedy Edition Forum.

Just a sidenote-- Is anyone else struck by how much Mantle seemed to age between the '56 and '62 cards? The booze didn't help, I know, but even still-- he really looks like he put on some miles in those six years.

Actually, according to Marshall Fogel in this month's SMR, the picture for the 1956 Topps Mantle was taken in 1951.....therefore an 11 year spread between the two photos.
