    I didnt see it on Amazon.com, so if you wanted that book thats the only place you can get it. He is selling 2 copies so might want to see if he relists them lower image

    That's a very good price for this book, it is no longer available in Germany for a long time.

    I also bought this book from Ron a year ago, I recommend this seller.
