The TPG companies have slabbed inexpensive coins to show off the slab itself. I have a Maryland Quarter sample slab by PCGS and an ANACS sample. I could be wrong

Some people enjoy putting together a "Certified" set of a particular grade, or just "certified" set in any grade.....some coins have to be certified to be in a registry set wheather it cost more to grade than the coin is worth....i know that is what i am running into with my Canadian PL set...cost more to "certify" than alot of the later coins are worth, even in pl68.....

I am working on building certified sets for my Canadian coins and when I upgrade the lower grades are usually offered on ebay at 99c. If I loose money on some I more than make it up on others!

I'm sorry, that's out of my control. And I don't think I have enough cash to bribe the graders to give you better-than-expected grades.
