Will somebody kick this guy off ebay?

This guy has been mentioned before, but he's still at it. Here's his listing title: "1954 Topps #94 Ernie Banks RC PSA 5.5" Ebay Item number: 5193657174 .
He must be going through Beckett's to get RC numbers and sticking listings up to see if anybody will send him any money. Wouldn't you think, though, that just by pure chance, he'd list one without a decimal point in the PSA grade?

I sent him an email asking why there was no scan. Then said 'might it be because PSA doesn't do half grades?'

And see, if I had not been so lazy and looked, I would have seen that he does have some whole number PSA grades listed. Somebody must think that the PSA 5 Koulfax is real--it's up over $100. These poor people just don't have any idea. Is it improper to email them?
