Would anyone be foolish enough to bid on this?

Look at the seller's actual recent feedback - less than 60% positive (10/17) in the last month...

What does this mean: "Private Auction to avoid high spamming."?
I hate these $hitheads who talk about ebay policy.

I wasn't aware of the "ungraded, must be sold as reprint" policy...hmm, I've never seen that. Guess I should go change my "cool papa" bell, and Ray Dandridge legendary cuts autos to "Reprint" as neither of them is graded either.

Darn, I hope they still sell.

The only spamming he's worried about is the emails that will be sent to the people bidding on that junk!
    It's all about C.Y.A.

The term "must sell as reprint as per eBay policy" is total BS. It's a standard scammer's line to cover himself once his victim learns he's been screwed with his pants on. If the scammer is even using the same ID by that time. In fact, that line about reprints is a violation of eBay policy.

I'm pleasantly surprised that bidding has only gone to $26 with two days left to go. It means people are learnng ... or else that there's only so many people in the world who will fall for this, and that almost all of them already did.
