Canada Copper Bank Tokens

Greetings

Anyone out there collect these? What is a good reference book or are there any good sites outlining value/rarity etc.?

I like some of the designs on these coins

    I collect them.

Find a copy of Canadian Colonial Tokens (Charlton) 5th ed. Amazon has them for about $17 I think.

    Here's one of mine:

Are these graded by ANACS, PCGS or NGC?

I have used old Charlton Guides for basic info. If I get the collecting bug for these I will buy the book. I only have one penny and a half penny at this point.

I've never seen any graded ones, but not sure if they will grade them or not.

Mine is graded by PCGS. I believe ANACS and NGC will also grade them.

    Gene:

I saw the one you posted and thought it might be in a slab but wasn't sure... it is attractive... MS63RB?

I think the one I just bought will 55 or 58...it is quite nice and barely misses an Unc grade. I just don't know if it is worth submitting...

This are so cool. I have been thinking about getting into them when we get back to the states.
