Is this the rare 1859/9 Canada large cent variety ?

It sure looks like an overdate, but I don't know if it is the rare one listed in the price guides.

Double Punched Narrow Nine #2 in Fine with scratches. Without the scratches it trends for $100US. Less with the scatches.
