Eagle eye, to help me learn, would you let me know what it is about the card that tells you that it's been trimmed?

Just from what I can see, and I agree with Justanoldtimer that the top
looks a bit too short and the cut rises up (from left to right) a tad bit higher.
The card looks amazingly sharp just from the scan, but here's another thing
to take into consideration. MGS will give whatever grade you want (minimum)
because of their ridiculous "if it doesn't meet your grade, pay only $1 a card; if it
does meet your minimum then it's $6 a card". Read for yourself.

I also know first hand because when MGS first came out over 3 years ago, I submitted
hundreds and hundreds under that plan. I actually got them to do a deal for me "$1 if it doesn't
meet the grade, and $3 if it did", and they agreed. A lot of them were rejects from reputable companies
that were either deemed altered, or low grades (7-9). I wrote on my submission to only slab it
if it's a 10. Over 95% of my cards returned were gem mint 10s. Unfortunately, they weren't worth
anything because of the 2nd tier grading company that no one heard about. Luckily, some guy
from Canada bought my whole lot. It was taking me forever to sell them off individually. In most cases,
my 10s were selling below mint raw. Pretty pathetic. My experience was just barely breaking even. I've also befriended Chris (one of the partners) of MGS and this is how they stay in business is give you your minimum grade requested. You can't stay in business long just collecting $1 each time.

If anyone is looking to buy this card for potential crossover for the registry or whatever, hopefully
they'll get it really really cheap and see for themself. I personally wouldn't even waste my time.

I was wondering why Canadians are so ticked at us.
