Have you started a spreadsheet to show what pops you have and how long they live?

<< <i>Congrats!!!!

No. Have have made a few top pops, but with moderns it's only a matter of time before someone makes a better one.

<< <i>There are people who live in fear of Marty. I was talking with a local coin guy yesterday, and he asked me if I knew anything about an eBay seller named MadMarty. He told me he hopes Marty runs out of coins soon because he's afraid to list anything with Marty dominating the modern coin sales.

Hang on Russ, I have to put my boots on, it's getting deep in here!!
I'll always remember the thrill that I got when I received my Top Pop 1/0 grade back from PCGS on the 1892-S PCGS MS-65 $20 Liberty which I purchased raw as a youngster.

It's true! The guy's name is Don. He does a little vest pocket dealing at shows from time to time, and his main thing is early date Kennedy Halves. He has some pretty good material, too. He's pretty new to selling on eBay so he's always calling me with questions.

ROFL!!! Congrats Marty!
Congratulations - how long will it be in a NGC holder?
I made a 1955 10c PR69* (Pop 2/0 at NGC 0/0 at PCGS) - Tried to cross it over to PCGS, but the * didn't carry it

If Marty is dominating modern coin sales, it's very lukewarm in the Chicago area.
<< <i>and what do you mean too bad it's a Roosie!? >>
In the POP TOP world, Roosies are the redheaded step-children of realized values.

So: does that mean a good "buy low, sell high" strategy for someone in for the long haul (thinking of my son here)....?
