First, the listings by a couple of Board Members.
1938 PCGS MS65FS.
1938 NGC MS66.
What's interesting about these is that they're running together with the higher numerically graded coin ending first and the other being undesignated for the variety but having Full Steps. I've bid on one but an old grudge prevents me from bidding on the other!!!! I guess that means I win by losing, but the bigger question is how the better coin, the undesignated PCGS Full Stepper, will influence the ending price of the NGC coin. My hunch is that it probably won't affect it much but I wondered what everyone else thought.

However, I'll gladly block you again.

If I did, you would no longer be a liar.

At least it's bringing some attention to a compucheap auction......
I love this thread already...

and move along, sadly.

not a troll post, i never tried bidding because i assumed, apparently in error, that i was still blocked-----now, maybe i am again. there's really no reason to attack just because you don't like the thread. if that's what you think the point of the thread is, go ahead and clear the air as to why you blocked me in the first place if you think it's important. i don't, though i do think it's silly. the intent of the thread is to draw attention to two nice coins, rare/scarce varieties in an area where i specialize, at the top grades that are running at the same time. apparently many seem to think that the coincidence might cause one coin to sell lower than it should while the interested bidders vie for the other.
my question, since you seem to have cleared the air in a moment of clear consciousness and unblocked me is why you did so?? BTW, i bid.

<< <i>Al, if the intent was to just show the coins, why did you bring up the fact that you couldn't bid on one of them? .

Maybe to avoid having to answer the question later as to why he didn't bid on both.
because it's a beautiful coin that i'd like to own.
why all the insistence that there's something sinister at work here by me?? is it in something i said in the opening post or in something in a reply by me or perhaps someone else?? i'd ask that you don't try to climb inside my head, it's a scary place to go to alone!!!
