    Well, 1jester is very fluent. Also, Udo (a new member is a native too, I believe). My 2nd Greatgrandfather was.....but he died about 100 years ago!! image

    Yeah, check with Udo...he's hard to catch but he's very helpful.
  • Actually, Babblefish does a pretty fair job on German. I've used it successfully in asking seller questions on the German EBay site. Of course I always include a line tellilng the other party that I am using a mechanical translator, just in case there is a major boo-boo.image

    What were you needing translated? My fluency has fallen far off after so many years of no and little use, but I can usually piece out what is meant if it doesn't involve colloquialisms.
