Here's a great EBAY seller

nankrautnankraut Posts: 4,565 ✭✭✭
I recently won an item from ca-stover. He inadvertently sent me the wrong coin. I emailed him to advise him of the problem. He immediately responded, offered to pay return shipping, sent the correct item, and gave me free shipping on the rest of his items up this weekend. Now...that's how problems are supposed to be resolved.
Just wanted to advise you all that there are honest, responsive, friendly folks out there. His name is Curt Stover, from ADA Ohio. KUDOS!image
I'm the Proud recipient of a genuine "you suck" award dated 1/24/05. I was accepted into the "Circle of Trust" on 3/9/09.

    TTT....

Because a story about a good eBay seller shouldn't get buried on pg.6 so quick image

Some good "customer service" can go a long way. image

I doubt you get the pictured coin from this guy. Why else cover up the pcgs serial no.?

So the serial#s aren't stolen for bogus entries in registry sets.

I added this guy to my favorite seller list on ebay.

Don't know if I will ever find a coin to buy from him, but I will give him a look when I'm there searching.

The really good ones can be hard to find. He appears to be one of the good guys.

I accidently switched two coins once, mailing one persons coin to somebody else and vise-versa.

I just refunded both people their money and told them to keep the coin they got for free. Since they were both about $25 each, it seemed easier then getting them both back and shipping them out again.
