2004 Britannia question

In the 2005 Spink Catalog, a 2004 proof £ 2 Britannia is listed. I did not think the Royal Mint issued proofs in years that the Standing Britannia were used (other than 1998), and I have never seen a 2004 proof. Is this an error in Spink or is there really a 2004 £ 2 proof?

They only put out the £2 proof but there is no full set for 2004 like they did for 1997, 1998, 2001 & 2003.
