Who would be my best bet to have inspect DD Michigan Quarter?

I have received a 2004-P Michigan Quarter, that has the high possibility of being a DDR!! Letters in Great Lakes State on Reverse, as well as the border lines of 3 of the states also are doubled. Notching is present. This is not like the Machine DD Nickels I have, (The 2004-D's) So it is not that. I need an error specialist, or if I send it in to one of the Grading services, would that be to soon, since I believe there isn't any officially recognized yet? Jim

    The grading services would simply slab a DDR without notation unless it is
    one they grade. There are several good bets right here on the boards.
