I live in newport beach about twenty miles from long beach. was drinking in long beach last night. It's raining, but its not even close to that bad.

Living in the San Diego area I can tell you this is typical news media misinformation. A good example of why the public no longer trust Dan Blabber, etc. They would have you believe we need a ark to survive. We have good drainage where I live and no problems. The only downside to the rain are the wild fires we might suffer this year. The hills are alive with green wild growth which will turn to tinder later.
