1971-S Ike "peg leg"? MS63 PCGS just up and disappeared on eBay...

I had this coin in my "Items I'm Watching" file and it was suppposed to end tonight at 10pm central time but now it's gone. It's not even in my "watching" category anymore, even as an "ended" item, and I can't find it when I do a search for "completed items" either. What gives? I've been looking for a 71-S peg leg for a while now, (like a lot of other Ike collectors) and to have this just up and disappear is confounding.
Any one else been watching/bidding on this coin? It was a 10 day auction and had been hovering at $10.50 for 5+ days waiting for the mad snipping rush at the last minute, (of which I was hoping to be a part ).
Any info on what happened to it?
My guess is the seller got an offer he couldn't refuse and ended the auction early but wouldn't that show up somewhere?

"I had a customer purchase the coin for $100."
Betcha the auction would have gone higher than that!
I should have done that.
If I am selling I will only end an auction early
if a coin has no bids or the offer comes from
the only person to bid. That is why if I see a
coin I really want with no or one bid I will bid.
If there are a few bids I just wait to snipe.

would be nice if a talley of auctions ended early was also
kept in a persons feedback.
It's not a peg leg!
Coin is worth less than the $10.50 bid on it!

I'm sorry, but the coin does not come up that big on my computer. But why would you say it is not a "peg leg"? I do not see any serifs on the 'R', but the image is too small to see if there are actually serifs or if it's just lighting coming off the right side of the left leg of the 'R' making it appear to have a rather small serif (which I have a few like that, and a few with the full serifs...neither of which are "peg-leg"). I'm curious to know what it is I'm not able to see at my resolution. Thanks.

The pic had me fooled too. (that's why my inital disappointment) I did wonder about the closeness of the "R" to the top of Ike's head. On the pics of peg legs I've seen (I've never seen one in person, I'm still a wannabe) there is a noticeable difference in the space between the "R" and the Bust compared to a normal "R". Plus other differences I am now aware of.
However, I've learned to trust the voices of experience on this forum. And I'm happy as a pig in the sunshine that I didn't get it.
The leg of the "R" needs to be perfectly straight to be a peg leg. The coin in the link is slightly curved.
That's all you really need to know to tell.
The overall look of a peg leg is also very different.
I'll refer you to DDO #7 in "The Authoritative Guide to Eisenhower Dollars" There is also a one page write up on the coin as well.
According to the book, I'm the discoverer of the variety, although I think it had been called out before.

The coin was not a peg leg. I placed the second bid on the coin, and then realized that it was not a peg leg coin.
A true peg leg is a totally different die, and has differences in the hair, Liberty, and In god we trust.
Futhermore, the peg resembles a pirates peg leg, hence the description, " peg leg "
Lastly, this strike looks totally different from any other 1971-S Business strike !!
Personally, in MS 63, the coin should have sold for at least $ 150.00 !! ( If it had been a peg leg )
