I have gotten a ton of pms about my shield nickel shattering. I love it, but after more than a year, I might just have to make a new animated sig pic alltogether. I would like it to be coin related as well and before I decide on my own, I would like to have input from you guys!
So...what do you think?! The sky is the limit!
I am thinking about making thousands of gold coins fall and bounce down steps or something like that...
OR, should I just keep the shield nickel?
Gimme' some help please!

Maybe something like in TERMINATOR II where a coin in a slab becomes molten and oozes out of the slab & then back into a coin.
Great transactions with oih82w8, JasonGaming, Moose1913.

Darn, Wind... you've got ESP. I was thinking this exact idea and wondering how hard it would be to accomplish. But I was thinking it last night. Now I see this thread and this same idea. I use to do a lot of 3D animation but rarely anymore. I don't think I am up to the task.
Liberator, you've got to give this a go. If it comes off nicely it would be an awesome signature animation!!

a sexy date the 1787 date also the first copper coin to have the word half cent on it anslthe eagle on the back was adopted by the usa mint in 1793 to puton the reverseof its silver coins and also they ltook the standard and weight of this mass half cent and used for their own federally issued half cents
if you want a photo go to coinfacts.com aND click on colonials and click on mass and see the coin
also the indian on the front of this coin has been used on mass paper money since the 1690's as the indian was accociated with ythe american colonies and it was representated as america on this coin as when any colonial person or european person saw this indian on this coin or any paper money it meant to them to mean the american colonies
a truly colonial-pre federal issue usa coin thaT has many firsts and also truly american as these where struck in boston the seat and beginning early history of the usa so to speak the waterloo of the american colonies
cool
oh and you can jusat show it AS ANIMATION WHERE IT DOES NOT BREAK APART IT JUST TURNS TO SHOW THE OBVERSE AND REVERSE
A COOL CHANGE AND AN EVEN COOLER COIN

Something involving the fasces (the ax) on the back of a merc dime. I'm working on it. The ax comes off and chops something. I'm working on it. Sorry, I'm not being creative.
I love the idea of liberty walking away..BUT...I am not going to do that much work...! sorry! (A client would pay about 10,000 bucks for that to put it in perspective.)
I am leaning towards a melting coin in some fassion or another..sounds neat... I'll keep you posted...!
Man, you're destructive!
Such violence!
