Home Buy, Sell, & Trade - U.S. Coins

Looking for someone to do trades with

I'm new to the coin forum and would like to see if anyone out there might be interested in doing some trading.

I only collect U.S. coins(I know, I'm missing out on a lot of nice foriegn coins, but I'm on a budget), none of which are graded. I do have some nice coins, but probably nothing of great monetary value. I collect what I like and I'm not in it for profit, just fun.

I really like collecting Morgans...I nice looking(IMHO), big chunk of metal (imagine carring $20 worth of them around in you pocket(s) for a night out on the town).

I also like to get fresh new coinage from the bank, whether it be rolls or loose singles. The problem I have, living in the Southwest-Texas-is that it's hard to find P mint mark coins in UNC condition, would gladly set up a swap system with someone from the North with the same problem.

Anyway, I expect to have many years of entertainment on the forum and would like to hear from some of you.

Mark

  • Welcome to the Boards. There's alot of people here who know alot about coins and currency, so keep an eye out and you'll learn and have fun just like I am and many others are. PS: send me a message with what you are looking for and what you have. I'd be interested in swapping. See you soon!

If you get interested in newer stuff like pennies, nickels, dimes, etc. let me know and maybe I can help out. Around Chicago there are tones of coin shows, dealers and banks to aquire just about anything. I like the small denominations so I can go to bank and buy a bag and go through for a just in case.

  • Welcome to the board, I'm quite new to.

I got tons (it seems like tons) of stuff from large cents throught current and almost all coins from 1892 to present mostly raw and some certified except for my registry sets in Washington Quarters. I am willing to trade for any holes and would be happy to consider all trades . What do you need to start? PM me and we can see what develops.
