Is anyone familiar with the small third star SBA coin?

    They are mentioned in Breen. I was going to purchase one a while back, but began looking at some of the Anthony's I already own and found several with a small 3rd star. I didn't even mention them on my website because they seem so common.

    However my observation is from a small sample. I too would like to know more about them and someday may list them on my web site.
