The coins he is referring to have a distinct look, which doesn't take an expert more than 3 seconds to tell there is something different about them. When you see the coin(s) you wonder what has happened and take the time to examine them closely. I've seen some at shows recently and wondered what has caused it, but none of the dealers seem to know.
