Here is a link to the Singapore eBay that allows you to see the item won by the bidder on a PRIVATE auction after the winning bidder leaves feedback. The item that the winner left feedback for is not seen in the U.S. site (but apparently Singapore can see ours).
You still can't see who is bidding on a PRIVATE auction in progress or items greater than 90 days old that have been removed from the main database.

Just substitute the eBay member name after the UserId= at the end of the link once you get there.
