eBay fraud questions

I just found out that one of the guys in my neighbordhood works for eBay, he creates filters to fight fraud. It sounds like his main focus is the sellers that don't have the items being sold, not the sellers misrepresenting what they're selling. I didn't have any specific questions to ask him so if anyone has some specific questions I might be able to ask him. I'm not sure if I can get any answers because eBay probably won't let him discuss a lot of stuff but I can always try.
We've gone to a couple of coins shows in the last 4 months and he deals in rare books so he would be able to understand the problems associated with coin collecting.

Thanks for posting this information about your neighbor working for eBay.
Several Forum members have been consistenly reporting eBay sellers perpetrating fraud on unsuspecting eBayers. Some forum members have been NARU'd by eBay sacrificing themselves after proper reporting procedures proved fruitless trying to stop this fraud. Others are still trying to use the system, but I'm afraid eventually by attrition, there'll be no more good guys left and the "dark side" of eBay will win out!
We could sure use someone with connections on our side. I believe our goals are one in the same.
The latest fraudulent member is identified under forum thread.....Here is another way to SCREW someone out of $1,715
Perhaps he can help us in our efforts to help others
If I only had a dollar for every VAM I have...err...nevermind...I do!!

He might not be able to do anything about our concerns but if nothing else maybe we can get a better idea of what eBay is looking for as far as the fraud goes. I'm sure that coins is a small part of the fraud eBay has to deal with.
