Based on the front alone I would say no to Cam or Dcam.

I'd say cam. Doesn't look frosty enough for dcam for pcgs these days.

Judging by the pic it looks like the nickel should at least cam.

Based on your images, I think it might make it in to a cameo holder, but just barely.

Bear had it right. It's a no cam. IMO 67's are graded to a tougher standard than the other SMS coins, and they should be graded closer to the standard used for 68 proofs. Good luck though, and don't let me spoil the fun.
