I've never had a coin slabbed. Can someone tell me what I need to do and how to do it?

I would like to get the Wis. extra leaves quarters slabbed but have no idea how to do it. Anyone care to run me through it?

PCGS: join Collectors Club, download submission forms and instructions, they also mail some
NGC: join their club, same deal, or join ANA, you will be mailed submission forms
ANACS: you can request forms, no membership; may be online download, don't know
Compare each online, read everything. Once you fill out the form, you put a coin in a flip, label it and send it with fee amount

The forms are downloadable here. No club to join, no membership -- just fill out the form, send it in with your coins and some monetary mechanism to cover the cost, and some time later your slabs come back. Couldn't be easier.
