The True love for coins ( you might like this) Share your experiences.

im sitting in my warm room. 6 to 12 inches of snow outside, 10pm then it dawns on me i left a wheat penny at work. now i wasnt gonna run back to get it (walking 2 blocked down hill to get it), then i remember its the first 1933 ive ever seen. so i got bundled up go in the snow and walked back to the store. 10 minutes later here i am back with my 1933 1 cent wheat penny. its the first ive ever seen , and first for my collection. now how much do i love coin collecting dare we ask?


what have you done to get a coin ( with loose change coins or till coins)?

    I've seen coins in open cash register drawers that looked interesting (wheat backs, etc) and I've asked the cashiers specifically for those
    coins in change.

    i used to do that till i started working at rite aid( i still do a little today) but alot of cashiers really dont want to do taht. i guess the risk of getting in trouble.
