Edited to add that his S-38 is a VG-10 not the requested 8. Also keep in mind that Chris grades the coin, not the market for the coin.
Now I have one more question.
As a Collector what would you pay for a G-4 1794 Head of 1794 Sheldon -38?
As a Collector what would you pay for a VG-8 1794 Head of 1794 Sheldon -38?
I might get be able to get a pic of this coin. Stay Tuned.

Tere are four other "Marred field" varieties, S-30, 31, 39, and 40. S-30 and 31 are considerably more common with solid VG's listing at $350. S-40 is about the same as S-38. S-39 is notably rarer with a VG listed at $4,000.
They aren't low grade but CoinFacts has pictures of all of them.

Cool thing is I was able to get pictures.....They kinda crappy but it was the best I could do and I hope ya'll can work from them.
I like this copper coin, but dunno anything about them and Probably find a better one IF I was going to spend the money to buy one. What I would like to have is the "Apple cheeks" which I think is the sheldon-23.
Which variety is this one? I know the images suck, but can you tell which this is and any other details about this coin.
Well I could probably do better if I had the coin in hand (The pictures leave something to be desired.) but at the monent I'm leaning toward S-59. I don't like the second T in STATES though. I may work on it a little more later.

(I think it's a little better than VG, though.)
