Swiss canton coinage info needed

Does anyone know the weight and finess of franks from Aargau through Vaud in pre-confederation Swiss cantons?

My edition of Krause (19th century coins) only says "silver" under each. Where can I get this info?

Sometimes that's all the info available. Perhaps the standards for certain issues had a certain variance, and/or they changed a lot within a short period of time (debasement, etc.?) It'll probably be pretty challenging to find.
