Another coin from a recent trade, this one with a much happier ending. Well over a year ago I saw this coin in a major dealer's listing for $300 and started a long thread here fretting over whether or not to buy it. I made what I felt was a reasonable offer for it, $250, which was declined. About a month later I found out that another collector working on a clipped cent set bought the coin... for just $20 more than my offer.
Fast-forward to last October, when the collector contacted me with the news that he'd decided to sell off his clipped cent set. I worked out a trade for the coin, sending him a nice PCGS-graded Lincoln Cent variety that I was only into for about $140 (including the certification fees). Enjoy it in the PCGS slab while it lasts, sometime this weekend I'm cracking this little guy out and putting him in his new home.

Incomplete planchets wanted, especially Lincoln Cents & type coins.

(Neat coin, BTW.)
