Different types of the old 2x2 paper coin envelopes caused different colors, but since this coin is virtually white on the reverse, with a little rim toning, I'm leaning towards an album. I'm not completely sure though, I've never run across one like this before that was uniformly green over an entire side.

A few of my favorites are bag-toned solid green.

It could be bag toned, but I'm not sure with the almost perfect peripheral rim toning on the reverse. Whatever the cause, it's a pretty one.

One of my top two favorite colors on a Morgan! Neat find Eric.

I'd humbly suggest you do what it takes to make that one yours. Looks 64 (mark on cheek) or better too!

I would, except I have an 86 PCGS MS64 that is virtually identical to it.
  • I like it. I have a solidly gold toned 86 and a purple 98 that would fit great next to it.

Get a couple more and then have NGC place them all in their multi-holder slab!
That would make for an most attractive display I'd think.
