If he used a credit card with PayPal, have him file a complaint with PayPal. Once PayPal sends the "you won but we can't recover any funds" email, have him file a chargeback with his CC company.

Yep, and all the while eBay ignored dozens of complaints and didn't NARU the POS until after a bunch of people got ripped off.

I told everybody here,i was gonna fall on the grenade to expose this ahole.

The POS i bought is at PCGS for a BB.

Im out 40 bucks, Scott is out 2700.00,his fault ? likely ! does he deserve it ? Hell No !

Scott Emailed me for help and i will do whatever i can to help him.

The ones I remember well were the 23S SLQ's. Obvious altered dates. Not only was the date altered to look like a three on one of them, but you couldn't even see the S, and I wasn't the only one that asked where's the S.
