I've owned this coin for a long time, and in the past trying to capture the color has just been impossible. Now being able to really get the light where I want it, I've finally have been able to image it.

PS- 'twas a 1936 Merc dime that started me collecting. I found it in my grandmother's sideboard while setting the table for Thanksgiving dinner, in 1976. It's only a VG but I kept it all these years. When I got it it was 40 years old, which seemed really OLD to my 10-year-old mind. Now I'm gonna be 40 years old this year. Hmm.
<< <i>Pretty subtle. I like it.
