Medal commemorating their wedding when married on July 18, 1932 in Coburg.

Obverse: Conjoined busts left with names, date and location of wedding.

Reverse: Avid hikers and climbers, the reverse shows the Brückner’s taking a short break in the German alps. She with her rucksack and he with his foot resting on a bag of climbing ropes.

Being that this medal was commissioned to commemorate a specific wedding it is safe to assume that there were none of these cast for anyone outside the immediate families.

The obverse is well done but the reverse doesn't seem as well proportioned as his usually are,interesting. I'm assuming this was a private commission. (of course it was -I just re-read your intro)

Is that a face in the background rocks? Another Goetz 'message'? He never seems to design anything accidentally or do something half way.

Is that a date or something to the left of the female figure on the reverse? On the rock at the left edge.
