Never dealt with Morgan or Peace dollars before.............

....................is there such a thing as circulated Morgan or Peace dollars that have no numismatic value and can be had cheaply? I remember for my parents 25th aniversary we made a silver dollar tree, at that time you could get these at the bank circa 1965. I would like to make a SD tree for one of my friends who is having his 25th anniversary. If they are available where is a good place to look and what is a fair price to pay for each? I am figuring face plus a premium, but how much?

I don't know about "no" numismatic value, but I would say that most of the Morgan and Peace dollars in low grades (fine and lower) are in that ballpark. Most dealers have a box full of low grade dollars that can be bought cheaply.
